About the library...

Childrens 04
The Tycher Library opened its doors on November 15, 1981, thanks to a generous donation made by the Tycher family in memory of  Jack Tycher. In 2004, the Tycher Library was re-dedicated in memory of Frederick Z. Tycher by his wife and children. Today, the Tycher Library has 820 patrons and offers programming to engage and introduce its patrons to the collection and services. Last year the library circulated 1,400 items.
